How you'll actually use the structure drives the design — dining capacity for a restaurant patio, pool-deck slip resistance and code clearance for a high-end residential build, motorized louvers vs. fixed cover, integrated lighting and ceiling fans. Span and column placement engineered to your loads, wind zone, and the view you don't want a post in the middle of.
Manufacturer Procurement
Direct dealer relationships with Outdoor Elements USA for aluminum pergola systems, plus Timbertech and Trex for composite deck surfaces underneath. Selections pre-ordered against manufacturer lead times so on-trend colors and finishes aren't out of stock when your investor or grand-opening date comes due.
Install, Inspect, Hand Over Clean
Footings poured to frost depth, columns plumb, beams set true. Electrical for fans, heaters, motorized louvers, and lighting roughed and trimmed properly. Final walkthrough hits the punch list to zero — and the warranty paperwork lives in the close-out package, not in someone's email.
