1. Who we are
This website belongs to BHR Construction Co., 101 N Main St STE 302, Greenville, SC 29601. You can reach us at 866-658-8017 or through our contact form. In this policy, “we” means BHR Construction Co.
Frontend Horizon builds and runs this website and its lead system for us. It handles your information only on our behalf.
2. What you give us
We ask for information in two places.
The project estimator on our home page
- Your first name, last name, phone number and email address
- Your ZIP code and the type of project
- The estimated range the estimator shows you, and your budget if you give one
- How you prefer to be contacted, and the visit date and best time you pick
- Your answers to the project questions, and any project details you type
If you give us your name and a way to reach you and then leave the estimator before sending it, we receive what you had entered so far, and we may follow up.
The contact form
- Your full name, email address and phone number
- The service you are asking about and your message
3. What is recorded with a request
When you send us a request, we also record the following with it. The page the form was on. The page you arrived on and the site, search or campaign that sent you there (the most recent such visit, not the first). Campaign tags (UTM) and ad click ids from Google, Meta and Microsoft. Your device type (phone, tablet or desktop), your browser language and time zone, and your browser's user agent. Your IP address, and the country that IP address points to, which our own server looks up from a free IP database to help filter spam.
Your Google Analytics client id and Meta browser id are included when those analytics cookies are present in your browser.
Estimator requests also carry the first page you landed on in that browser session, the site that referred you and any UTM source, medium and campaign, which we keep in your browser for the session.
Our own lead system also keeps these records for each estimator request:
- The details you typed, with the time we received them
- A spam score. A request it rates as likely spam is left out of these records.
- A quality score and tier, worked out automatically from your contact details, project description, service, preferred way to be contacted and budget
4. How we use it
We use it to reply to you, give you a quote, schedule a visit and do the work. We also use it to keep spam out, and to learn which pages and campaigns bring us requests.
Our system sorts estimator requests automatically. The quality score and tier above help us decide which requests to look at first. A person still reads and answers your request.
We do not sell your information. This site loads no advertising or remarketing pixels. If we advertise with Google Ads, Google Analytics can tell our Google Ads account which ad clicks led to a request, so we can measure our ads.
5. Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and campaigns work. It sets cookies in your browser and receives your page views and clicks. From the estimator it also receives the project type, the ZIP code you enter, the estimated range, your budget choice and your contact preference.
Elevi
We also use Elevi, Frontend Horizon's own analytics tool, to see how visitors use this site: the pages you view, where you click and scroll, which forms you start, how fast pages load, errors, and the ad or website that brought you here. It keeps a random ID in your browser to connect your visits. Elevi is off when you turn analytics off under Cookie preferences or your browser sends Global Privacy Control.
Our own visit log
We keep a visit log on our own system. It stores a random visitor id and a session id in your browser (localStorage, not a cookie). The session id changes after 30 minutes of inactivity. The log records the pages you view (with the address, page title and window size), the site that referred you, your device type, the buttons and links you click, and the steps you take in the estimator, including the ZIP code, estimate range, budget and contact preference you choose. It is not tied to your name or email.
The source of your visit
The site also keeps the source of your visit in your browser so a later request can credit it. That lasts up to 90 days, or only for that visit if analytics is off when you arrive. A stored source stays until a new campaign visit replaces it, even if you turn analytics off later.
Your choices
Analytics is on by default. The “Cookie preferences” link in the footer turns it off at any time, and a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser turns it off automatically. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland start with Google Analytics off. Elevi and our own visit log cannot tell where you are, so they run until you turn analytics off.
Maps
The map on our contact page loads from Google only after you click “Show the map”. Google may then set its own cookies. The map link in our footer opens Google Maps when you click it.
6. Who receives it
- Frontend Horizon: builds and runs the website and lead system, and stores each request in its content management system, which runs on Supabase. That system emails each request to us, and Frontend Horizon receives a copy of every request. The email we receive may include a priority grade worked out automatically from your answers. The grade is not stored. A request that system's spam check flags is stored and emailed to no one.
- Supabase: the database provider that holds our lead records (including your IP address and browser user agent) and our visit log.
- Resend: delivers the emails Frontend Horizon's system sends about your request. The website itself sends no email. If you give us your email address, we may send you a short confirmation that we received your request; replies go to BHR Construction Co.
- Google: provides Google Analytics, and the map if you load it.
When you send a request, our server does not send a separate tracking event about you to any of these services.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your request, and the details recorded with it, for as long as we need it to respond to you and for our business records.
8. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Call 866-658-8017 or use our contact form. You can turn analytics off at any time with Cookie preferences in the footer. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights.
9. Security, children, changes
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or system can guarantee security.
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If this page changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top.
10. Brief terms of use
- The site is provided as-is, for general informational purposes. Pricing examples (cost ranges, timelines, project values) are illustrative and not binding offers: every BHR project gets a written, signed scope and price after a feasibility consult.
- License numbers, certifications, and brand approvals shown on the site (e.g. NASCLA Unlimited Building GC #126133, SC Commercial #G126133, SC Residential Builders License #RBB51372, approved 7 Brew / Rosatis / Pure Green / ColdStone GC) are accurate to the best of BHR's knowledge as of the effective date. They're verifiable on request.
- The case-study summaries on the site reflect real BHR projects. Specific figures are approximate. Where a case study names a third party (e.g. a church, restaurant, or retailer), that party has consented to BHR referencing the project publicly.
- By using the site, you agree to the laws of the State of South Carolina governing any dispute related to your use of the site.
