Every job is different. Here's what we look at when we put together your estimate — so there are no surprises on job day.
Building footprint and eave height (clear height drives column and frame steel)
Roof and wall insulation R-value, vapor barriers, liner panels
Door package — overhead/roll-up count, walk doors, dock equipment
Slab thickness, rebar, PT, frost depth, and any moisture barrier
Interior build-out — offices, bath, mezzanine, conditioned space, shop layout
Site access, grading, drainage, and any utility extension to the pad

Sizing, Use Case & Pad Engineering
Length, width, and eave height get sized off how you'll actually use it — tractor and equipment turning radius for a private shop, lift heights for a contractor yard, dock vs. drive-through for distribution, mezzanine for a hobby loft. Pad, slab thickness, and frost-depth footings engineered to your soils — not a default detail.
Red-Iron Frame, Sheeting & Trim
Pre-engineered primary frames, secondary purlins and girts, R-panel or PBR sheeting with closures, and trim packages (rake, eave, base, corner) installed to the manufacturer's standard so the warranty stands. Insulation, liner panels, vapor barriers — specified up front against your climate and use case.
Doors, MEP & Finished Interior Build-Out
Roll-up, sectional, and walk doors framed and flashed properly. Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC roughed and trimmed against your end use — workshop lighting, climate-controlled storage room, full office, bathroom, mezzanine. Same crew runs the shell and the finish — no separate GC, no warranty finger-pointing on the hand-off.
