Industrial and Manufacturing Construction
If you can dream it, we can build it.
Industrial general contractor for tilt-up shells, light manufacturing, automotive supplier facilities, distribution / fulfillment centers, and cold storage across the Upstate's BMW/Michelin/GE corridor. We sequence steel, MEP, slab, and tenant improvements so production lines come online when ops promised — not when the GC catches up.

Why industrial and manufacturing construction works the way it does in Dallas
About Dallas, TX. Dallas anchors the fourth-largest metro in the country — a finance, corporate, and logistics hub whose neighborhoods range from dense Uptown high-rises to wooded estate streets in Preston Hollow and the 1920s bungalow blocks of the M Streets and Lakewood. It sits on the Blackland Prairie, a flat band of dark, fertile soil that defines almost everything about how you build here.
What it means for industrial and manufacturing construction. The Houston Black expansive clay under most of Dallas swells and shrinks dramatically with moisture, so foundations are the single most important construction decision in the city — post-tension slabs and drilled-pier systems dominate new work, while older neighborhoods like Kessler Park and the M Streets are full of pier-and-beam homes that need careful structural attention during remodels. City of Dallas permitting, tree-mitigation rules, and historic-conservation overlays in areas like Swiss Avenue and Munger Place all shape scope, and a tear-down-and-rebuild market runs hot in the blocks adjacent to the Park Cities. Common work here is whole-house remodels, high-end custom infill, office and retail tenant build-outs, and multifamily amenity construction.

What We Do
Transparent Pricing
What Affects the Price
Every job is different. Here's what we look at when we put together your estimate — so there are no surprises on job day.
Building type — tilt-up shell, pre-engineered metal, conventional steel, hybrid
Clear height, column spacing, and slab thickness/loading requirements
Site work — pad, utilities, stormwater, truck court, rail spur, parking
Process utilities — three-phase, compressed air, water service, supplemental cooling
Cold storage / freezer — insulated panel, refrigeration, vapor barrier scope
Office TI, lab, or QC space within the industrial envelope
We don't quote over the phone. Every estimate is done on-site because that's the only way to give you a number you can count on. No ballparks, no surprises.
Our Process
How We Approach
Industrial and Manufacturing Construction
Site Selection, Pad & Utility Pre-Con
Industrial pencils on the site as much as the building — soil bearing, stormwater, power capacity, water/sewer service, rail/truck access, and utility upgrade lead times. We model the sitework against your CapEx and your production-online date before steel is ordered.

Shell, Steel & MEP Coordination
Tilt-up panels, structural steel, slab-on-grade, and the dance of MEP across hundreds of thousands of square feet. Process utilities — compressed air, clean steam, deionized water, dust collection, three-phase power, supplemental cooling — coordinated with your equipment integrator so the floor is ready when the equipment arrives.

TI, Equipment Anchoring & Production Hand-Off
Tenant improvement and equipment anchoring run concurrent with shell completion to hit your production milestone. Final commissioning includes building systems, life safety, and dock-equipment certification. The ops team walks into a ready-to-produce facility, not a punch-list.
