Industrial and Manufacturing Construction
If you can dream it, we can build it.

Industrial general contractor for tilt-up shells, light manufacturing, automotive supplier facilities, distribution / fulfillment centers, and cold storage across the Upstate's BMW/Michelin/GE corridor. We sequence steel, MEP, slab, and tenant improvements so production lines come online when ops promised — not when the GC catches up.

Why industrial and manufacturing construction works the way it does in Charlotte

About Charlotte, NC. Charlotte is the largest city in the Carolinas and the second-largest banking center in the United States, with Bank of America and Truist headquartered in the urban core and a rapidly growing tech, energy, and logistics base layered around it. The metro covers a wide footprint from uptown high-rises to South End infill, the affluent Myers Park / Eastover corridor, and the suburban ring through Ballantyne and University City.

What it means for industrial and manufacturing construction. Charlotte construction works under the City of Charlotte's Unified Development Ordinance, which substantially reshaped zoning, parking, and tree-save requirements in recent years and continues to drive how infill, mixed-use, and commercial projects are scoped. Mecklenburg County's stormwater rules — among the most rigorous in the Southeast — bind site planning on most non-trivial commercial and multifamily projects. For an Upstate-SC contractor with NASCLA reciprocity, the natural Charlotte work is QSR and restaurant rollouts along the suburban retail spine, hotel and select-service hospitality near uptown and the airport, office tenant build-outs, and multifamily clubhouse and amenity construction tied to apartment pipelines.

What We Do

    Transparent Pricing

    What Affects the Price

Every job is different. Here's what we look at when we put together your estimate — so there are no surprises on job day.

    1

Building type — tilt-up shell, pre-engineered metal, conventional steel, hybrid

    2

Clear height, column spacing, and slab thickness/loading requirements

    3

Site work — pad, utilities, stormwater, truck court, rail spur, parking

    4

Process utilities — three-phase, compressed air, water service, supplemental cooling

    5

Cold storage / freezer — insulated panel, refrigeration, vapor barrier scope

    6

Office TI, lab, or QC space within the industrial envelope

We don't quote over the phone. Every estimate is done on-site because that's the only way to give you a number you can count on. No ballparks, no surprises.

    Our Process

    How We Approach
    Industrial and Manufacturing Construction

    01
    Step 01

Site Selection, Pad & Utility Pre-Con

Industrial pencils on the site as much as the building — soil bearing, stormwater, power capacity, water/sewer service, rail/truck access, and utility upgrade lead times. We model the sitework against your CapEx and your production-online date before steel is ordered.

    02
    Step 02

    Shell, Steel & MEP Coordination

Tilt-up panels, structural steel, slab-on-grade, and the dance of MEP across hundreds of thousands of square feet. Process utilities — compressed air, clean steam, deionized water, dust collection, three-phase power, supplemental cooling — coordinated with your equipment integrator so the floor is ready when the equipment arrives.

    03
    Step 03

TI, Equipment Anchoring & Production Hand-Off

Tenant improvement and equipment anchoring run concurrent with shell completion to hit your production milestone. Final commissioning includes building systems, life safety, and dock-equipment certification. The ops team walks into a ready-to-produce facility, not a punch-list.
